How to make a payment

You can either pay by PayPal, Credit Card, bank transfer, bank deposit or CDM machine.

Fill out the booking form and select the SiamPay credit card payment option. On the next screen, check your booking info and click the SiamPay button. Choose a credit card by clicking on its logo (VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS) Fill out your credit card info and click Submit. Check your credit card info and Confirm. When your payment has been processed successfully, you will get a payment confirmation on the screen and by email. The voucher will be sent to you by email, text message or WhatsApp message.

Fill out the booking form and select the PayPal payment option. On the next screen, check your booking info and click the PayPal button. If the PayPal form shows in Thai language, look for the Thai text in blue on the bottom of the page and click on it to change to English. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. Fill out your data and click Pay. When your payment has been processed successfully, you will get a payment confirmation from PayPal on the screen. After a few seconds the Renown Travel payment conformation page will appear. You will also get a payment confirmation email. The voucher will be send to you by email, text message or WhatsApp message.

Fill out the booking form and select the Bank transfer/deposit payment option. On the next screen, check your booking info. Here you will also see bank account details. A cash deposit to our account can be made from any bank within Thailand. At most branches of Kasikorn bank this service is free, some will charge a nominal fee of no more than 35 Baht. Other banks will charge a fee. English speaking bank staff will be able to assist making the deposit. After a deposit has been made, the bank will send us a SMS text message so we know payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation and your voucher by email, text message or WhatsApp message.

Fill out the booking form and select the Bank transfer/deposit payment option. On the next screen, check your booking info. Here you will also see bank account details. A deposit to our account can be made at any CDM Cash Deposit Machine in Thailand. Choose English language and follow the instructions on the screen or ask bank staff for assistance.

As soon as we have received payment, we will send you a confirmation email with a link. When you click on the link the voucher will display on the screen. You can print the voucher and show it to staff at the ticket counters of the attraction you have booked. If you bring a smart phone, you can also show the voucher on your phone by clicking that link and show it to staff. In that case there is no need to print the voucher.

A email with a confirmation of your booking and the voucher will be sent right after payment. If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Both the Renown Travel and SiamPay websites are secure websites. You can check this by looking for a lock symbol at the start of the URL in the Google address bar. All data you provide is secured by SSL encryption, the latest website security technology.
