Central Festival Shopping Mall is a modern shopping mall on Beach Road in the heart of Pattaya.

Located just off the beach, Central Festival is the largest mall in Pattaya.

Beachfront location

Because of its very attractive and easy to reach beachfront location, Central Festival is a popular destination for shoppers and diners. The shopping mall is located between Beach Road and Pattaya second Road. There are entrances on both ends.

Seven floors

On its seven floors are hundreds of shops, restaurants and spas. Central Festival houses both high end brand stores as well as market like stalls where vendors sell knick-knacks and souvenirs.

Large anchor stores and both Thai and international brand stores sell fashion and accessories, mobile phones, children’s toys, eye wear and health & beauty products.

On the top floor you will find a cinema, a bowling alley and a games arcade for children.

By far the largest store in the Central Festival Mall is Central Department Store, which occupies five floors.

Fashion & Accessories

Central Festival houses dozens of fashion shops.

On the first floor are brands as Swarovski, Victoria’s Secret, Charles & Keith, Miss Selfridge, H&M, Jaspal and Zara. On the second floor among others AIIZ, Lacoste and Levi’s.

If you are looking for sports wear, check out Adidas, Puma, Reebok or Rip Curl on the second floor.

Beauty & Spa

Pamper yourself with beauty and spa treatments on level four. Here you will find beauticians, dermatologists, hair salons, plastic surgeons, skin care and even dentists. Among the stores are Nitipon Clinic, Slim Up and Cut & Curl.

For Kids

There are plenty of fun things to do for children in the shopping center.

On the fourth floor is Mini Playland, that has a Kiddy Land and Fun Ball Battle. There is another Mini Play Land on the sixth floor with a Mario Land games arcade.

Cinema & Bowling

On the top floor you will find SF Strike Bowl, karaoke and the SFX Cinema complex that has ten cinemas.

Food

There is a good variety of Thai and international food in the shopping center. Most restaurants are on the fifth and sixth floors. Among them are Japanese, Thai, Indian, Russian and Italian.

On the ground floor you will find among others Mister Donut, Bread Talk, Burger King and KFC. Bar B Q Plaza, Black Canyon, Fuji, MK Restaurant, S&P, Swensen’s and Häagen-Dazs are on the fifth floor. For Sizzler, Oishi, Hot Pot, Hachiban and The Pizza Company, go the sixth floor.

The top floor restaurants on the Beach Road end offer good views of Pattaya Bay.

Central Food Hall

Go to the Central Food Hall at the basement level for a good variety of food at low prices. Here you can get Thai food as noodle soup, fried rice with chicken or pork, Pad Thai and European food like spaghetti. Halal food is available.

Payment is with a cash card. Buy one at the counter first. Any money left on the card is returned to you.

Viewing Platform

To get a good view of Pattaya Bay and the city, go to the lookout platform on level three.

Opening hours

Central Festival Pattaya opens daily from 11 am until 11 pm.

Location

The shopping mall is located at 333/99 Moo 9, Pattaya Beach Road next to Soi 9 in the center of Pattaya town. It shares the plot with the Hilton hotel. There is another entrance on the other side of the mall on Pattayasaisong Road (Pattaya 2^nd Road).

How to get there

The easiest way to get to Central Festival is by songthaew. Flag one down on the circular route Beach Road - Pattaya second Road. There is a songthaew every few minutes.

Many of the higher end hotels offer a free shuttle bus service to Central Festival.
