Miracle Cabaret

Miracle Cabaret is the largest cabaret show in Chiang Mai. Over 200 performers, both males and ladyboys, perform an extravagant glitz and glamour show with music, dance and comedy.

Entertaining show

Wearing flashy outfits, ostrich feathers and over the top makeup, the dancers present an entertaining show with both cultural and funny acts. Male and ladyboy dancers perform acts that show the culture of countries around the world.

A colorful spectacle of huge feather headdresses, extravagant gowns with spangle and feathers, the Miracle Cabaret show is fun to watch for adults and children alike.

The dancers

The show is performed by male and ladyboy dancers, called kathoeys in Thailand. Their beauty, feminine looks and graceful moves make it hard to believe they were born males.

The Miracle Cabaret show is an extravaganza of over the top dresses, hair pieces, vibrant colors, flashy eyelashes, colorful makeup and ostrich feathers.

The acts

The dazzling show lasts a little over an hour. You will see a mix of modern and traditional acts from Asian and Western countries, cultural and humorous acts.

Comedy act
Good for a lot of laughs is a comedy act featuring several very busy “ladies” forcing themselves on to males in the audience embarrassing them, to the amusement of the rest of the audience.

Closing act
The closing act is the Three Degrees song “When will I see you again?”. During this act a large number of dancers is on the stage.

Other acts
Among the other acts are a half man - half woman act, a Thai act featuring dancers wearing traditional, elegant dress accompanied by traditional music and an act celebrating the beauty of the women of the ASEAN member states like Thailand, Burma, Singapore and Malaysia.

The theater

The theater is equipped with a professional light and sound system. Beautiful stage designs and props change smoothly with every act.

A funny act

Your photo with the dancers

After the show you can take your photos with some of the performers. A tip of 50 to 100 Baht is expected for every dancer in the photo.
Taking photos or recording videos during the show is not allowed.

Location

Miracle Cabaret is located at 177 Chang Phuak Road. The theater is just behind the Mercure hotel, about one kilometer North of the Chang Phuak old city gate.
