Exciting and fun to watch, the Siam Dragon ladyboy cabaret show is an evening of entertainment that both young and old can enjoy. The 70 minute dance and music show is a riot of colors, music, glitz and glamour.

The performers
Siam Dragon Cabaret show is performed by energetic male, female and ladyboy dancers wearing sparkly gowns with feathers and spangle, outrageous feather headdresses and flashy makeup.
Feminine ladyboys
Some of the dancers are ladyboys. Known as “kathoey” in Thai, they stand out with their elegant moves and feminine bodies. Wearing long eyelashes, feather headdresses, flashy makeup and long gowns in bright colors you won’t believe they were born males.
Extravagant gowns & ostrich feathers
The Siam Dragon Cabaret show is a riot of color, glitz and glamour. Flamboyant dancers wearing glittering gowns in bright colors, outrageous feather headdresses, fancy hair pieces and over the top makeup energetically perform the dazzling show.
Interaction with the audience
In some of the acts the performers have a bit of fun with members of the audience in the front row seats. If you enjoy interaction with the performers, get a VIP seat.
Good variety of acts
The show is a mix of classic, modern and funny acts from countries around the world. Among them are the famous Korean folk song Arirang, a Vietnamese song called Saigon Dep Lam, modern acts like Nicki Minaj, several Thai acts, a comedy act with a very chubby lady and Chinese songs like Xiao Xan Beauty of flower and Mei Hua, a song by Teresa Teng.

The theater
The cabaret show is performed in a modern theater with a professional sound and lighting system. There are good views of the large stage from each seat. Elaborate stage sets change with each act. A large screen displays images that go with the act.
Get your photo with the dancers
You’ll have a chance to take your photo with one or more of your favorite dancers when they line up in the foyer after the show. Be aware that a tip of about 100 Baht is expected per dancer in the photo.
Show times
The Siam Dragon Cabaret show is performed twice daily. The first show starts at 7 pm, the second at 8:30 pm. Cameras and other recording devices are not allowed in the theater.
Location
The Siam Dragon Cabaret theater is located at 12 Huay Kaew Road opposite Central Kad Suan Kaew shopping complex in Chiang Mai, just North West of the walled part of the old city.
How to get there
If you are near Chang Phuak gate on Manee Nopparat Road you can flag down a songthaew on the route to Chiang Mai Zoo. Ask the driver if he stops at the Siam Dragon theater or at Central Kad Suan Kaew shopping center. For a private ride, take a tuk tuk or a taxi or charter a songthaew.

Walk in ticket prices at the theater are:
Child rate: Height 100 - 140 cm
Toddler: Height under 100 cm sharing a seat with a parent watches the show for free
